• Cancellations requested by customers are allowed within a reasonable time frame before dispatch.

4. Payment Terms

• Accepted payment methods: Cash on Delivery (COD), bKash/Nagad, bank transfer, and debit/credit cards.

• All payments must be made in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• Orders are processed only upon receipt of full payment (unless COD is selected).

5. Delivery Policy

• Standard delivery time is 1-5 business days within Bangladesh, depending on the location.

• Delivery charges may apply and are specified at checkout.

• We are not liable for delays due to courier issues, natural calamities, or political unrest.

6. Return & Replacement Policy

• Returns are accepted within 3 days of product delivery in case of manufacturing defects or wrong deliveries.

• The product must be returned in original condition, with packaging and invoice.

• No return/replacement for software, consumables, or physically damaged goods.

7. Warranty Policy

• Warranty support is provided as per the manufacturer’s policy.

• Warranty does not cover physical damage, burn, liquid damage, or electrical short circuits.

• Products must be accompanied by the original invoice for warranty claims.

• Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.

• Computer Village reserves the right to terminate accounts suspected of fraud or misuse.

9. Limitation of Liability

• ComputerVillage.net is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from product use, including data loss or business interruption.

10. Governing Law

• These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh.

• Disputes, if any, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chattogram.
