In-Store Purchases:

Customers are advised to check products in front of our sellers before purchase. Once the product is sold, no changes will be entertained. However, services will be provided as per the product's warranty policy.

Online Orders:

• If any manufacturing defect or issue is noticed upon receiving the product, the customer must inform us within 24 hours via our hotline. The product must remain unscratched, and the original box must be intact for eligibility.
• If the received package appears incorrect, do not open or damage the box. Once opened and used, the product becomes non-returnable.
• If a manufacturing defect is found, customers must visit any of our stores, where our specialists will assess and take necessary action for a replacement.
• For replacement via delivery service, a charge of Tk. 200/- applies inside Dhaka, while outside Dhaka, only the courier fee is applicable.

Non-Returnable Cases:

• If a product is purchased after reading its description on our website or product vendor website and is successfully delivered without any faults, it cannot be returned or exchanged due to incompatibility or personal preference.
• Software and software licenses cannot be returned or refunded.

Refund Process:

• Refunds for eligible returns will be processed within 3 to 10 working days (online purchases may take longer).
• Refund charges apply to Mobile Financial Services, Online Gateway, and POS payments.
• If cashback was availed during purchase, the cashback amount will be deducted from the refund.

Courier-Damaged Products:

• Customers should not accept a package if it appears broken or damaged. If received, the customer must take full responsibility, as complaints regarding courier damage will not be accepted.
